In a recent publication from The Journal of the American Dental Association, Comparison of Cavity Preparation Quality Using an Electric Motor Handpiece and an Air Turbine Dental Handpiece, JADA Continuing Education compares high quality dental handpieces from several very reputable manufacturers. 

PKB manufactures high speed and slow speed dental bearings for many types of dental handpieces.  Our largest group of dental customers are those who manufacture or repair high-speed high-torque electric motor handpieces and high-speed low-torque air turbine dental handpieces.  Many customers ask us detailed technical information about high speed dental handpieces.  We manufacture the ball bearings, not the actual handpiece.  However, we try to offer helpful technical information for our customers who seek our expertise.
