Retainer designs and materials include Crown, Ribbon, heat and moisture-resistant Phenolic and Torlon (polyamide-imide) and various other materials.

PKB also specializes in various types of lubricants, greases, and oils including food-safe and moisture-resistant lubricants. The quality certified manufacturer produces high quality bearings for extreme environments. A typical application for PKB high precision ball bearings is in aerospace, where bearings endure harsh gases and high temperatures near rocket boosters where parts require dry film lubricants. Optional shields prevent contamination during operation while permitting maintenance. Plating is also utilized to suit specific applications.
