Custom Bearing Design

Pacamor Kubar Bearings offers a range of retainer designs and materials including, but Crown, Ribbon, heat and moisture resistant Phenolic, and Torlon (polyamide-imide). We offer standard 400C stainless steel or optional ceramic balls or titanium carbide coated 440C stainless steel balls in our precision miniature and instrument ball bearing designs.

PKB ball bearings are available with up to ABEC 9 tolerances (as defined by the American Bearing Manufacturers' Association) with an optional flanged outer ring.

Ball Bearing Lubrication

All custom ball bearings are supplied ready for use, complete with your choice of lubricant, including food-safe and moisture-resistant grease. Optional shields prevent the introduction of contamination during operation while permitting the ball bearing to be relubricated during machine maintenance.
