Pacamor Kubar Bearings offers a range of aircraft and aerospace ball bearing retainer designs and materials including, but not limited to, stainless steel Crown, two-piece Ribbon, Torlon (polyamide-imide), and Phenolic.

All instrument ball bearings for aircraft and aerospace systems are manufactured from 440C stainless steel, the preferred choice for all our high precision miniature and instrument bearings, metric bearings, full complement ball bearings, angular contact bearings, and thin section bearings.  Its corrosion resistance is preferred under adverse environmental conditions.

Its highly finished, honed surface provides a long lasting structure for the balls, made of 440C stainless steel, Silicon Nitride (ceramic), or Titanium Carbide coated 440C, allowing the aircraft or aerospace bearing to rotate smoothly at a variety of oscillating or rotating speeds. PKB's miniature and instrument ball bearings are produced to meet every ABEC tolerance (as defined by the American Bearing Manufacturers' Association).

Ball Bearing Lubrication

Aerospace and aircraft ball bearings are lubricated with temperature and moisture resistant oils and greases. Optional shields or seals prevent the introduction of contamination.
